• Any strategies, policies, or initiatives relating to cleaning services, including:
o Sustainability or environmental requirements - Calibre have a Waste Reduction Policy ‘Repair, Reuse, and Recycle’, source equipment and products from sustainable and renewable resources wherever possible, use scheduling software to make sight visits and cleaning rounds as economical and efficient as possible, all drivers attend safe driving courses so that they understand how to drive economically, they also consider whether the supplier is local, any environmental accreditations they may have and the green credentials of their product.
o Social value expectations - It is company policy to only recruit employees from the local area, working with local community liaison teams, Job Centre Plus, local colleges, and employment projects.
o Use of technology (e.g. sensors, CAFM systems) - Auto sanitisers and flush for urinals installed, auto air fresheners installed where practicable.
