I am requesting access to the current public register of all licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) within the Tunbridge Wells Council area. For each licensed HMO, please provide the following information where held: * Full property address * Licence status (active) * Licence start date and expiry date * Maximum number of occupants permitted under the licence I am aware that a redacted register is published online; however, this request relates specifically to the full public register as maintained by the council. I would prefer the information to be provided in an electronic format (Excel or CSV) if available. If any part of this request is considered exempt, please supply the remaining information and cite the relevant exemption(s) relied upon. This information is required for property research, regulatory compliance, and housing market analysis.

Response

I am requesting access to the current public register of all licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) within the Tunbridge Wells Council area.
For each licensed HMO, please provide the following information where held:

I am aware that a redacted register is published online; however, this request relates specifically to the full public register as maintained by the council.

Please find attached the register of licensed HMO’s in the Borough. These all have an active licence. We do not publish a redacted version on our website, but the full register is available on request from the Private Sector Housing Team.
