I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following information for all land or property disposals carried out by your authority during the last five financial years (from 1 April 2019 to the present).

This should include freehold disposals, long leasehold disposals (terms of 25 years or more), and any transfer of land to another public body or private entity.

For each disposal, please provide:

1. Name and address of the site/land/property

2. Grid reference or site plan reference (if held)

3. Date of disposal (date of legal completion)

4. Type of disposal (freehold sale, long lease, asset transfer, etc.)

5. Site area (hectares or acres)

6. Sale price/capital receipt

7. Name of purchaser / acquiring organisation

8. Any conditions attached to the sale, including development or use obligations (if held)

9. Whether the site is currently under development, and if so:

o planning application reference(s), if known;

o current status (e.g., no application submitted / planning pending / approved / work commenced / under construction / completed).

10. Council reference number or committee/decision notice relating to the disposal (if available).

If any of the above information is held only in part, please provide the portions that are available.

If, for any disposal, you consider that commercial sensitivity exemptions may apply, please provide all non-exempt information and clearly state which exemption(s) you have relied upon for any redactions.

10. Council reference number or committee/decision notice relating to the disposal (if available). - These can be found by searching the key decisions on the council's website and searching by the name of the asset being disposed of.
