I am writing to make an information request regarding the Council's regulations on the use of drones (UAVs) on or over land under your jurisdiction. 1. Please provide copies of any byelaws currently in force that restrict or regulate the take-off or landing of drones from Private-owned land. 2. Please provide any internal policies or guidance documents used by the Council regarding the enforcement of privacy or nuisance complaints related to drone activity. 3. Does the Council currently use drones for planning enforcement, building control, or land surveying? If so, please provide the privacy impact assessment associated with these operations.
