I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following information relating to Section 106 agreements within the Tunbridge Wells Borough that contain affordable housing obligations. For all planning permissions granted since 1 January 2018 that include a Section 106 agreement (or Unilateral Undertaking) requiring the provision of affordable housing, and where the affordable housing units have not yet been fully delivered and occupied, please provide: 1. The planning application reference number 2. The site address 3. The total number of dwellings in the approved scheme 4. The number of affordable dwellings required by the S106 agreement 5. The tenure mix of affordable dwellings (e.g. affordable rent, shared ownership, First Homes, social rent) as specified in the S106 agreement 6. Whether the affordable dwellings have been contracted to a Registered Provider, and if so, the name of the RP 7. Whether the affordable dwellings are located in a self-contained block or integrated within market housing 8. The current construction status (not started, under construction, completed) 9. The date of the S106 agreement or Unilateral Undertaking 10. The name and contact details of the developer/landowner party to the S106 agreement, to the extent this is recorded in the agreement (which is a public document) 11. The relevant covenant clause requiring affordable housing provision I would be grateful if this information could be provided in spreadsheet format (e.g. Excel) where possible.
