Under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, we cannot disclose personal data of staff below Heads of Service because this constitutes third party personal data. Disclosure of this information would contravene UK GDPR principle (a) because there is no lawful basis for processing.
We are unable to provide this information because it would identify a junior member of staff and, in line with ICO guidance, we do not publish personal data of staff that do not hold senior positions.
