Response
1. We do not record this information. The HMO Register which is available to any member of the public is a constantly changing document. It is updated when new HMO's are licensed and when properties are no longer licensed they are removed from the register.
2. In 2020 we issued a civil penalty notice. We don't often come across unlicensed HMO's.
