Response

This request covers:

· Households living in council-owned or funded housing, housing associations and other registered social landlord properties,

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is not a stock-holding authority and does not own or manage council housing stock. Information relating to households living in properties owned by housing associations or other registered social landlords is not held by the Council.

· Households in privately rented accommodation who are entitled to council support

Council Tax Support may be awarded to households regardless of whether they own or rent their home. The Council does not record accommodation tenure in a way that enables households in privately rented accommodation to be identified. Therefore this information is not held.
