I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information concerning Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued at Town Hall Yard car park, Tunbridge Wells, for contravention code 85. Please provide the following information: 1. The total number of PCNs issued for contravention code 85 at Town Hall Yard car park between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026. 2. The total number of PCNs issued for contravention code 85 at Town Hall Yard car park between 1 April 2026 and 31 July 2026. 3. If readily available, please also provide a monthly breakdown of the number of PCNs issued for contravention code 85 during these periods. For clarity, I am requesting the number of PCNs issued, rather than the number of PCNs subsequently paid, cancelled, appealed or enforced.
