1. A list of all registered providers of social housing (housing associations) that own, manage or operate homes within the Tunbridge Wells borough — please distinguish, where held, between providers based locally and national providers that operate within the borough.
2. A list of any registered providers delivering supported or specialist housing within the borough (for example for adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs), including the schemes or areas they operate in where held.
3. Details of any nominations, partnering or management agreements the Council holds with registered providers of social housing in the borough.
4. Any current guidance, process or named contact for a private landlord or developer wishing to make a property available for supported living or specialist supported living in the borough, and any identified unmet demand by area or client group.
