Request

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information: • A list of all councillors who are or have been members of the planning committee, for the period 2000 to the present day. • For each councillor, please include their start and end dates of service on the committee. • Please also indicate which councillor(s) served as Chair of the committee, and their corresponding dates in that role.

Please note the following:

• Appointments to Committees are agreed every year at Annual Full Council, which takes place in May.

• The Municipal year for Committees runs from May to May so Members are appointed in May and stay on the Committee until the following May.

• As such, the attached tables gives details of who was on the Committee for each Municipal Year. It also gives details of the Chair.

• No information found for the years May2000-May 2001 and May 2001-May2002.

• From May 2003 to May 2013, Planning Committee was split into 2 Committees (East and West). From May 2013 it was changed to only one Committee.
