The Councils planning department determines planning applications in accordance with the Development Plan as required by Section 38(6) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and section 70(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Decisions are made and include a requirement that developments the subject of planning permission are started within 3 years to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
There is no such requirement that developers provide a detailed timeframe for completion, as such the Council holds no such data on a site by site basis.
Detailed monitoring of Housing delivery is undertaken by the Council and this published in the Authority Monitoring Report which is online here:- https://tunbridgewells.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0003/495237/Authority-Monitoring-Report-2023-24.pdf
