1. Total number of housing units approved under planning permissions.
1. Number of affordable housing units agreed under Section 106 obligations.
1. Number of affordable housing units actually delivered.
1. Any commuted sums paid in lieu of on-site affordable housing.
Please provide data in annual breakdown format. I would prefer the information in electronic format.

Housing Units approved -
As of 1st April 2024, there were 2,484 housing units granted planning permission. This data is published annually as part of the Five Year Housing Land Supply at Table 1: How the Housing Land Supply Position is Calculated for Five-Year Period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2029 row 9 : Housing Land Supply Statement 2023/2024. On-going work for the Five-Year Housing Land Supply position as of 1st April 2025, (financial year 2024 - 25), indicates that there were 2,350 units with extant permissions as of 1st April 2025.
