Please could you provide the following details relating to the Royal Victoria Place car park, Tunbridge Wells: 1. The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued since the start of the refurbishment project in March 2025, broken down by month if possible. 2. The total number of PCNs issued in the 12 months prior to the start of the refurbishment (March 2024 – February 2025), also broken down by month if available. 3. Please indicate whether any operational or enforcement changes (such as layout adjustments, signage updates, or equipment upgrades) have been implemented in connection with the refurbishment that potentially have influenced PCN issuance.

1. The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued since the start of the refurbishment project in March 2025, broken down by month if possible.

There have been no changes to the enforcement of the RVP car park affecting the issue of PCNs.
